Yoga + Brew @ The Mill Room — East Forty Brewing (60 min Special Monthly Event) We're Still Flowing! A community favorite for many years, Yoga + Brew is the perfect way to move, breathe, unwind, and kick off your day with some friends and good vibes! Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.
Join us at The Mill Room inside East Forty Brewing for a fun, upbeat 60-min vinyasa-style yoga flow featuring guided breathing, moving stretches, sun salutations, balance poses, and energizing music. You’ll build strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration while giving your mind a chance to slow down and reset. Whether you’re a longtime yogi, brand new to yoga, or somewhere in between, you belong here! Modifications are offered throughout class, making this practice approachable for all levels—including beginners. Expect a playful, challenging-but-chill flow that leaves you feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to enjoy the rest of your day.
THEN… STAY FOR THE BREW! Your experience includes a drink of your choice! Not into craft beer? No problem! East Forty Brewing has plenty of non-alcoholic options, including kombucha, cold brew coffee, ginger beer, and house-infused sparkling water. And because yoga + brunch is always a good idea… East Forty Brewing will be featuring their special brunch menu and drinks from 10AM–1PM! Stick around after class for pizza, appetizers, cocktails, wine, brunch favorites, and more.
Come for the yoga. Stay for the brew. Leave with good vibes.
What to Bring/Wear: comfortable, stretchy clothing and bring your yoga mat, towel, water, and any yoga props you like to use. Hydration advised!
