What is Buti Yoga? Buti Yoga is a powerful fusion of power yoga, soulful flow, tribal dance, strength conditioning, and deep core work. Guided by music, this practice uses Spiral Structure Technique to challenge the body in all planes of movement—targeting deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen from the inside out. Expect an empowering, energetic, sweat-worthy experience that sculpts the body while encouraging deep healing and confidence. We’ll finish with grounding poses, pranayama (breathwork), and a deeply relaxing Savasana to leave you feeling balanced, radiant, and restored. Perfect for first-timers and experienced Butisattvas alike.
What to wear/bring: Comfortable stretchy clothes, yoga mat, towel, water and any favorite self-care tools or props needed (available at TW).
