Thai Massage is a unique form of Eastern bodywork that blends passive stretching, acupressure, gentle rhythmic compression, and mindful movement. This ancient healing practice helps relieve muscular tension, increase flexibility, open energy pathways, and restore balance—leaving you feeling grounded, relaxed, and renewed. 

What to Expect - You and your partner will be guided through a slow, restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system and deepen connection. Working on thick, cushioned floor mats, you’ll both give and receive a 45-minute Thai Massage, allowing time to relax fully into each role.

The workshop weaves together:

• Restorative yoga poses supported by bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, and towels
• Traditional Thai Massage techniques applied while resting in each pose
• Guided pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation for deeper relaxation, reflection, and body awareness

• Give & receive a deeply relaxing 45-minute Partner Thai Massage
• Learn headache, sinus, and scalp acupressure points
