TRINITY WELLNESS YOGA NIDRA - SPRING SEASON
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practice that induces a state of deep relaxation while maintaining full consciousness. Guys + Gals - all levels welcome - including beginners.
In this class, you'll be invited to lie down in a comfortable position, allowing yourself to completely let go as you follow the soothing voice of the instructor. As you journey through the various stages of Yoga Nidra, you'll progressively release tension from the body and mind, entering a state of profound stillness and tranquility. Through guided imagery, breath awareness, and body scanning techniques, you'll cultivate a heightened sense of self-awareness and connection to the present moment.

Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat & any props needed (available at TW). Hydration Advised!
