TRINITY WELLNESS YOGA FUNDAMENTALS - 4 WEEK SERIES
Join us for Yoga Fundamentals - 4 Week Series - to explore the foundations of a yoga practice: physical postures, mindfulness, and breath. All levels welcome - including beginners.
Have you desired to begin a yoga practice but you’re just not sure where to start? In this small group setting you will gain knowledge and the confidence to begin your yoga journey.
In this 4 Week Series you will learn:
Foundational postures and how they feel
How to modify poses to suit your practice
Gain strength, mobility & flexibility
Breath and relaxation practices
Techniques to help reduce stress & improve mental clarity
This series is ideal for those new to yoga or for those looking to enhance their practice. Each class in this series will build upon the next leading up to a yoga flow sequence. You will experience body awareness as each posture is broken down making this a slow placed and detailed class. Questions are welcome as this atmosphere will be supportive and nurturing. Enjoy light snacks and herbal tea with our yoga kula - community!
At the end of the series you will get to make-n-take an aromatherapy roller ball of your choice!
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothing and bring a yoga mat, towel and water (available @TW). Hydration Advised!
