Join us for the TW Winter's End Spa + Yoga Restival for an afternoon of complete blissful relaxation, tranquility and deep rest. All levels welcome - including beginners.

Movement is Medicine, and a large part of an individual's overall well-being. The other side of that wellness coin is REST and oftentimes we as a society are encouraged to deny ourselves this "luxury" to be replaced only by more and more and MORE activity. So what does it look like to rebel against this pressure and instead lean into the rest and  nourishment each of us deserves simply because we're human?

Join us for a one of a kind experience that celebrates our right to rest and the joy that comes with filling such an important cup. You're afternoon includes...

1 - 4:30 PM Rejuvenation Hand Treatments with Neda - let your tired dry hands feel revived, warm and soft. Treatment includes: gentle exfoliation scrub with Harper + Ari, warm herbal infused mittens, and moisturizing hand massage with hand-made Shea + Cocoa Butter. 

?1:15 - 2 PM Meditation + Motion with Denyelle - class begins with a relaxing meditation to calm the body, mind, and spirit and focus on the breath. The second half of class we will flow gently, being soft, and generous. Come and feel restored and renewed. 

2:15 - 3 PM Sound Bath Healing with Sarah - this practice of healing bodies through sound waves is thousands of years old with deep roots in cultures across the world. While in a comfortable restful and restorative state lying down (Shavasana), this unique meditative experience will “bathe” you in sound waves. 

3:15 - 4 PM Restorative Relaxation with Rachel - experience the art of sacred rest through a Restorative Yoga practice. Passive postures are held for an elongated period of time with the use of several props to invite the highest levels of relaxation and  support possible for your body and mind.  

4 - 4:30 PM Time for YOU!!! - private TW boutique shop time and each attendee will receive a special Spa + Wellness Gift Bag. Enjoy light snacks, herbal teas, bubbly and refreshments. 

Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat, towel, water and any yoga props needed (available @TW). Hydration Highly Advised!
