90 min THRIVE - Group Coaching Workshop - this is your chance to check-in and regain control of your fitness routine, healthy habits, and wellness lifestyle! Guys + Gals - all levels welcome, including beginners.
Has your exercise routine taken a nosedive? Are you looking to make some changes to your lifestyle to help you make healthier choices? Maybe you just need a group of like-minded individuals to help maintain accountability as you strive for a healthier YOU! If you've ever been interested in Health + Wellness Coaching &/or Personal Training but you weren't sure where to start, this is the class for you! Join our Certified Personal Trainers, Kelly & Neda for a monthly class designed to help you develop and maintain healthy habits, cleaner eating, goal-setting, staying active, and everything in between - whatever your health and wellness goals are.
Each session will cover a different topic - sign up for all three, or choose the ones that interest you most! Class will include a short workout tailored to the group, nutrition coaching, group discussion, goal-setting, plus tips and tricks to help you start strong and stay on track. Community is KEY when you’re making big changes, so join us and take charge of your lifestyle!
Please wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes. Also, bring a workout mat, sweat towel, water, and any items needed for outdoor workout such as sunscreen, bug spray, etc. (available @TW). Hydration Advised! Outside event weather permitting - indoor space optional. ?
