Join Neda Carnes, Certified Personal Trainer, Health + Wellness Coach & Yoga Instructor for this 90 min Stretch + Mobility: Yoga for Athletes Workshop - where you will discover ways to enhance your athletic movement & performance through a series of dynamic yoga stretches while building body awareness. It's time to MOVE BETTER - FEEL BETTER! Guys & Gals - all levels welcome including beginners.
A regular yoga practice prevents injury, enhances muscle function, strengthens movement patterns, combats stress and enhances focus — these are key components of sports performance. In this workshop experience you will learn:

Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga/workout mat, sweat towel, water, journal to take notes & any props or self-care items as needed (some items available at TW). Includes light refreshments & snacks - hydration advised!
