This 60 min Outdoor Yoga Flow- Vinyasa blend style class is perfect for all levels of yogi's including beginners! Enjoy fresh air, sunshine and zen as we celebrate the extended evenings this time of year brings. 

This bi-monthly class incorporates synchronized conscience breath with mindful movement allowing one to awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility. You will be incorporating moving stretches, sun salutations, and balance poses to build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, stress management, or simply want to decompress, this class is perfect for everyone. Each class offers modifications for all levels of practice with the use of yoga props to prevent injuries or address individual student needs.

Afterwards refresh with a cool Essential Oil Spa Towel and nourishing infused water! The boutique will be open for a personalized shopping experience as well so we can take our time and enjoy before rushing off to the hustle and bustle of normal life!

Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a Yoga mat, towel, towel for under your mat, water & any props needed (available @TW). Hydration Advised - especially since this is an outdoor offering! Please Note: class is outside on the TW lawn - weather permitting rain check date to follow.
