60-min Feel Good Yoga Flow + Wine Tasting outdoor class is a chill and relaxed Vinyasa-style yoga flow to wind down your week and kickstart your weekend. Allow yourself to move, breathe, release tension, and find renewal. Guys + Gals - all levels welcome including beginners.
 
This outdoor class will incorporate warming sun salutations, deep breathing, balance postures, mindful focus and meditation while cleansing the body and calming the mind. This flow style of yoga links breath to movement not only to increase body mobility and flexibility but also to allow for intention, connection and inner peace within the practice.
 
Afterwards mingle with our yoga community and browse the boho chic boutique while enjoying light snacks and refreshments along with a FUN wine tasting made with clean-crafted wines, with no added sugar or chemicals, and no synthetic pesticides.
 
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a Yoga mat, towel, water & any yoga props needed (available at TW). Hydration Advised! Class is outside weather permitting!
