90-min Fascia Flow - (Special Offering) class will bring elements of mobility, circulation and flow to help restore and rejuvenate you for the week ahead! Guys + Gals - all levels welcome including beginners.

Bounce, twist, stretch and move with touches of low impact cardio sprinkled throughout to get the heart rate up in this dynamic flowy class. Fascia is the fibrous, web-like fabric that holds everything in our body together -- from your toes to your nose. It's connected to the nervous system, and it influences the movement and function of different parts of your body. The fascial system loves elastic and flexy movements as it helps to build resilience in your tissues. This fun, upbeat class combines springy, twisted movements with ooey-gooey stretches and light cardio bursts. Closing class with heart-centered breathwork and meditation. 

Afterwards enjoy infused water, herbal tea & light snacks!
