Join us for a special year's end offering to start your NEW YEAR and Celebrate Yourself and Your Achievements! 2024 Intention Vinyasa Yoga Blend - class will combine flowing movements, deep breathing, and self-reflection meditation as you create your own affirmation intention setting card during practice. Open your Body + Mind for Self-Love as we set our intentions for the year to come! Guys + Gals - all levels welcome including beginners.

A new year is a great opportunity to reflect on your growth, review what you’ve learned and how you’ve grown through the inevitable challenges life presents. Setting intentions directs the mind and gives us purpose. When we lose sight of our purpose, a void is created and we can easily stray off our path. Focusing on your heart and what’s important to you creates clarity and self-discovery devoting you to finding your true self. This offering will help guide into letting go of what no longer serves you to make room for what's to come.

This 75 min class will incorporate warming sun salutations, challenging strength and balance postures, and mindful focus while cleansing the body and calming the mind. This mixed level hybrid class infuses alignment-based vinyasa in the beginning of class to build heat then transitions into longer held postures towards the end. The pace of the class allows for opportunities to be mindful and explore deeper variations of poses. Yoga poses are adaptable for all levels, awakening strength, energy, and flexibility to help build your foundation for a meaningful practice. Includes creating your own affirmation intention setting card and time for self-reflection meditation.

Afterwards, enjoy light snacks and refreshments as we mingle with our yoga kula community! All attendees will receive a take away dessert box curated by Bolin Farm & Bakery!

Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a Yoga mat, towel, water & any yoga props needed for comfort (available @TW). Hydration Advised!
