Join Neda for an all-levels outdoor vinyasa yoga practice that blends mindful movement, breathwork, stretching, balance, and relaxation to help you reconnect with yourself and the beauty of nature around you. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced yogi, posture modifications will be offered to support every level of practice.

Following yoga, allow yourself to fully unwind during a meditative sound healing journey led by Glenda. Relax comfortably as soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls and therapeutic instruments wash over you, calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and guiding you into a deep state of rest and inner stillness.

This heart-opening experience is perfect for anyone seeking relaxation, stress relief, improved flexibility, better sleep, renewed energy, or simply a moment of self-care and connection. Class concludes with a peaceful savasana and an essential oil-infused spa towel, leaving you refreshed, grounded, and renewed.

After class, enjoy cooling refreshments, light snacks, and time to browse the TW shop. Guests may also pre-order a curated charcuterie box for one or two for an optional outdoor picnic experience.

What to Bring/Wear: Yoga mat, water, towel, comfortable layered clothing, and any props needed for comfort. Optional items include sunscreen, bug spray, sunglasses, and a blanket or beach towel for extra coziness during sound healing.
