As we transition from winter’s stillness into spring’s radiant light, this gathering offers space to release stagnation and plant seeds of balance, clarity, and new growth. Led by yoga instructor, violinist, certified sound healer, and Reiki Master Glenda Masters, this session weaves together guided meditation, breathwork, Reiki energy, and immersive vibrational sound. We begin with gentle breathwork and intention-setting meditation, grounding into the present moment and aligning with the fresh energy of the Spring Equinox. From there, you’ll be invited to fully surrender as Reiki-infused sound vibrations wash over you.
