Sacred Rest: Sound Healing Meditation + Cacao Ceremony - join us for a deeply nourishing experience designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and restore. We’ll begin with gentle, seated movements to warm the core and ground into the breath, creating a sense of safety and connection within the body. All are welcome - including beginners. 

From there, you’ll be guided into a calming meditation that invites intrusive thoughts and emotions to soften and move away from the center—allowing them to be observed from a place of spaciousness and ease. As the body settles, we’ll transition into supported prone postures and rest. Crystal singing bowls, metal singing bowls, Solfeggio frequency tuning forks, and other vibrational instruments will gently wash over you, penetrating the energy field and cellular structures to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and healing. This is a conscious nap—a place where the body rests, the mind quiets, and the heart feels held.

Afterward, enjoy warm herbal teas, delightful treats and a curated cacao ceremony with our Yoga Kula Community! 

Come dressed for comfort. Pajamas and slippers are welcome. Please bring any props, blankets, or items that help you feel cozy and supported in prone postures.
