About the Pilates Class: Our mat-based Pilates class focuses on building core strength, improving posture, increasing flexibility, and enhancing mind-body connection through controlled, intentional movement and breath. We'll use resistance bands, small balls, and light weights to sculpt and strengthen the body while improving mobility and balance. Modifications are offered throughout class, making it perfect for beginners and experienced movers alike.
What to Bring/Wear: yoga mat, water, sweat towel, any props needed (available @TW), comfortable stretchy clothes. Hydration is encouraged.
