Root & Rise: Outdoor Yoga + Succulent Plant Party (90 min) - Flow, plant, and play—an uplifting afternoon of movement, nature, and creativity. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners. 

Join us for a joyful and grounding outdoor experience that blends mindful movement with a touch of creativity and nature. Set on the peaceful lawn at Trinity Wellness, this special gathering invites you to slow down, soak up the sunshine, and reconnect—with yourself and the earth.
We’ll begin with a 60-min all-levels Vinyasa yoga flow designed to help you root down and rise up. Through breath-led movement, sun salutations, and intentional postures, you’ll build strength, balance, and flexibility while calming the mind and awakening your energy. This practice encourages a deeper connection to the natural elements—grounding through the earth beneath you while creating space and openness within. We’ll close our practice with a deeply relaxing savasana, complete with a cool, essential oil-infused spa towel—leaving you refreshed, centered, and renewed.

Then the fun continues…Transition into a laid-back Succulent Plant Party, where you’ll choose your own beautiful starter plant and create a personalized meditation word stone to take home—something meaningful to root your intentions and remind you to grow with care. You’re also welcome to bring along any succulent clippings or “pups” to share with fellow plant lovers!

Afterward, linger a little longer and enjoy a refreshing mimosa, infused water, herbal teas, and light snacks while browsing the Trinity Wellness boutique for a fun, personalized shopping experience. Come as you are—this is a space to move, create, connect, and enjoy.

What to Wear/Bring: comfortable, stretchy layered clothes, yoga mat, water, sweat towel, optional extra towel for under mat, any yoga props needed for comfort (available at TW). Sunscreen & Hydration Advised! This is an outdoor event (weather permitting) and will be moved indoors if needed.
