Rejuvenate + Restore Yoga (75 min Monthly Class) - A deeply restorative practice designed to invite relaxation into the body and calm into the mind. Everyone is welcome — all levels, including beginners.

This fall, slow down, reconnect with yourself, and awaken a renewed sense of overall well-being as you embrace the hopeful beginnings and grounding energy of the season. In this gentle, slower-paced practice, yoga postures are held for longer periods and supported with bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, and towels, allowing you to settle comfortably and fully experience each posture without strain. Throughout the practice, you’ll be guided through calming pranayama (breathing exercises) and guided meditation. Heated herbal compresses are placed on the body to encourage relaxation, restoration, and a deeper sense of ease.

This intentional practice creates space to bring awareness to your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It’s a beautiful way to balance an active lifestyle, release built-up stress, or simply give yourself permission to pause, decompress, and restore.
