Networking at Events to Build Relationships and Increase Your Customer Base

Attend this session to learn how to choose the right networking events, prepare for those events and make the most of them.  

This session will be taught by Trish Totta, IOM.  Trish has been with the Blue Springs Chamber since 2016.  She first started as the Director of Membership and was promoted to Vice President in 2021.  Active in the community, Trish has served as a staple volunteer for many years for St. John LaLande Catholic School. 

She served on the Advisory Board for the Blue Springs YMCA and on the annual Mission Campaign Board for 3 years.  She is a member of two local networking groups, Business Community Alliance, and GoToGroup.  Trish is a graduate of the 2018/2019 LEADership Blue Springs program and served on the Blue Springs/Grain Valley Advisory Board for Truman Heartland Community Foundation and volunteered for the Truman Heartland Community Foundation Gala Committee.  

Totta earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing from Central Missouri State University.   Prior to working at the Blue Springs Chamber she worked in the Grain Valley School District as a Computer Lab Paraprofessional.
