90 min Outdoor Yoga + Succulent Plant Party - Join us for a relaxing Yoga Flow practice to root down and rise up awakening your inner gardener on the outside lawn at TW where you can enjoy fresh air, sunshine and zen! Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.

This 60 min Vinyasa style yoga flow class incorporates synchronized breathing with mindful movement allowing one to awaken strength, energy, and vitality. Guided through postures to create connection with the earth as we appreciate each asana building heat with flowing sun salutations. These postures will build upon the next for enhancing balance, focus, stamina and endurance while cleansing the body and calming the mind. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, manage stress & anxiety, or simply want to decompress, this offering is perfect for everyone. Ending class in deep relaxation with a  cool essential oil infused spa towel.

Then the succulent plant party begins with your choice of a beautiful starter plant to take home & create your own meditation word stone. *Feel free to bring any succulent plants or pups that you would like to share with other botanical admirers. ;)

Please wear comfortable stretchy layered clothes and bring a yoga mat, towel, towel for under mat, water & any props needed (available @TW). Sunscreen & hydration advised! Yoga class will be outside weather permitting otherwise moved in-studio.
