75 min Mother's Day Outdoor Yoga + Mimosa - is the perfect way to enjoy fresh air, sunshine, self-care and zen while experiencing all the beautiful outdoor shaded lawn areas at TW! Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.

Take some self-care time for YOU! 45-60 Min Outdoor Vinyasa Yoga Flow class will incorporate warming sun salutations, challenging strength and balance postures, along with mindful focus and meditation to cleanse the body and calm the mind. This active style of yoga links breath to movement, allowing one to awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility. Whether you're looking to improve mobility, gain muscle, improve vitality, relieve stress, or simply decompress, these classes are perfect for all. You'll leave feeling refreshed, revived and renewed!

Afterward enjoy a refreshing mimosa bar, fresh juice and sparkling water mocktails from Zen Donkey Farms, light brunch & snacks, herbal teas and infused water while browsing the TW boutique shop! Each attendee will also receive a special Mother's Day Gift!

Please wear comfortable stretchy layered clothes and bring a yoga mat, water, sweat towel, towel for under or on top of your mat & any yoga props needed for comfort. Outside event weather permitting - indoor space optional.
