Nature + Namaste: Sunset Hike + Yoga Experience
An evening of movement, mindfulness, and connection in nature. 

Join us for a relaxing outdoor experience featuring a scenic nature hike, gentle yoga, and a peaceful sunset meditation. This special event is designed for all levels — including beginners — and offers the perfect opportunity to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world around you. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners. 

We’ll begin the evening with an easy one-mile guided hike amongst trees, allowing time to breathe deeply, explore, and ground yourself in nature. After the hike, we’ll return for a chill yoga stretch designed to calm the mind, balance the body, and nourish the soul.

As the sun begins to set, we’ll wind down with a soothing guided meditation and relaxing savasana, complete with a cool aroma-infused spa towel for the ultimate refreshing finish.

Enjoy fresh fruit and a trail mix bar after class, plus a spritz of our custom-made “Don’t Bug Me” Essential Oil Body Mist. Feel free to bring chairs, blankets, snacks, drinks, or a cooler and stay to enjoy a sunset picnic afterward. Guests may also pre-order a curated charcuterie box for one or two for an optional outdoor picnic experience.

What to Bring/Wear: Please bring a yoga mat, towel, towel/blanket for under mat, water and any other props needed and wear comfy stretchy clothes, walking shoes and any other items need for comfort. Advised to also bring, bug spray, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, etc. Some items available to borrow or purchase at TW. Hydration encouraged. 

This is an outdoor event and is weather permitting, with a rain-check date if needed.
