2-Hour Nature Hike + Sunset Yoga - Join us outdoors for a mile or so nature hike adventure followed by a chill yoga stretch and relaxing sunset meditation. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners. 

Explore your own unique connection to the natural world around you and discover the healing power of yoga and meditation. We will begin our evening venturing into the forest for about a mile or so hike then meet back for our chill yoga stretch practice. This style of yoga will bring calmness and balance for you your mind + body + soul. Ending our evening with a relaxing sunset meditation and savasana with a cool refreshing aroma infused spa towel.

Take this time to relax and reconnect with nature as it will give you the opportunity to heal, slow down and re-focus. Being in nature is a way of becoming mindful, present and gain wisdom from the energy that surrounds you. 

Enjoy fresh fruit and trail mix snacks provided. Each attendee will also receive a custom made Don't Bug Me - Essential Oil Body Mist. Feel free to bring your own food/drinks/cooler to enjoy a picnic during sunset!

Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and supportive shoes for the hike. Items to bring: Yoga mat, towel, towel for under mat, cover up or blanket, water & any props needed for comfort. Notify Neda if you need to borrow any items from the studio (available @TW). Sunscreen & hydration advised! Outside event weather permitting - rain check date.
