Celebrate Mother’s Day with a beautiful morning designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Join us on the shaded outdoor lawn at Trinity Wellness for a relaxed yet uplifting yoga experience—surrounded by fresh air, sunshine, and a welcoming community.

This 60 min all-levels Vinyasa flow, blends gentle sun salutations, strength and balance postures, and mindful breathwork. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll be guided through a supportive and energizing practice designed to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and renewed. After class, stay and savor the moment. Enjoy a curated mimosa bar along with fresh juices, sparkling mocktails, herbal teas, and infused water, thoughtfully prepared by Ancient Runes Apothecary. Light brunch bites and snacks will be available as you relax, connect, and browse the Trinity Wellness boutique.

Each guest will also receive a special Mother’s Day gift to make the day even more meaningful. Come solo, bring your mom, daughter, or a friend—everyone is welcome.

What to Wear/Bring: comfortable stretchy clothes, yoga mat, water, sweat towel, optional: extra towel for under/over mat, yoga props as needed for comfort. Hydration advised! This is an outdoor event (weather permitting), with indoor space available if needed.
