Topic - Jason Norbury, Economic Development Director for the City of Blue Springs, will present information from Retail Strategies, showing the results of their "gap analysis" and our "gap opportunity". He will discuss how retailers see Blue Springs, share information about the customized trade area, and what our top recruiting categories might be.
