Full Moon Yoga
60 min Full Moon Yoga Flow - celebrates on the evening of the full moon and the cyclical nature of life. Experience a peaceful and calming practice. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.
Moon Salutation - "Chandra Namaskar" is a mandala flow sequence that helps you slow down and reset. It’s all about soaking up that cool, calming lunar energy—letting your mind unwind and your body relax. Perfect for when you need a little zen in your life! We’ll start by building some warm, feel-good energy, then ease into the soothing moon flow lunar sequence of postures. Ending our practice with a relaxing and meditative savasana. Each attendee will receive a special moon stone, positive affirmation card and a small gift bag!

Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a Yoga mat, towel, water & any yoga props needed (available at TW). Hydration Advised!
