FREE Community Outdoor Yoga at Rotary Park
Join Trinity Wellness for a relaxing and welcoming outdoor yoga class at Rotary Park in Blue Springs as we celebrate the end of summer together. This FREE community class is open to all experience levels—from complete beginners to seasoned yogis.
Enjoy fresh air, gentle movement, and a chance to connect with your community in a beautiful park setting. We'll move through an accessible, all-levels practice designed to help you stretch, breathe, and unwind before the busy fall season begins.
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat or large towel
- Water
- Comfortable clothing
- Optional: sunscreen, bug spray, or a small blanket for extra cushioning
