FREE Class - Yogging: Cardio + Yoga Stretch
Yogging: Cardio + Yoga Stretch (45 min) - This FREE outdoor class, offered during our Spring into Outdoor Wellness: May Movement Series, will get your heart pumping and body moving! Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.
Are you looking for ways to combine the benefits of cardio and yoga in a supportive, community-oriented environment? Look no further than the Yogging Club with Trinity Wellness. Check in at the TW Mock Studio, then Walk/Jog/Run 2.5 miles down and back along 15th Street past Main Street to 40 Highway then back to TW outside lawn. We will then recover and stretch with a refreshing cool essential infused spa towel and go through a series of yoga postures, stretches for joint mobility and relaxation.
Learn the basics of cardio endurance training, injury prevention, stretch + mobility techniques specific for walkers/runners and reach your health + wellness goals with an accountability group.

- Do you want to increase circulation, heart health and overall body wellness?
- Has it been a while since you've exercised and want to get back into it?
- Do you find that you start but then your body, legs, feet, &/or shins start to ache and then you stop?
Please wear comfortable layered workout clothes & walking/running shoes (raincoat or sunscreen if needed). Bring a yoga mat, sweat towel & water. Hydration Advised! Class is outside - weather permitting.
