FREE Class - TRX Basics
TRX Basics: FREE Outdoor Class (45 min) - This outdoor class, offered as part of our May Movement Series, is the perfect introduction to TRX Suspension Training, designed to teach proper form, foundational movements, and build confidence using your own body weight as resistance. Everyone is welcome – all levels, especially beginners.

In this class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of TRX training including body positioning, balance, stability, and control while performing simple, effective exercises that target the full body. Movements focus on core activation, mobility, strength, and coordination in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
Enjoy the fresh air while improving your fitness with a slower-paced, technique-driven workout that helps you safely progress into more advanced TRX classes like TRX Strong, TRX Fit, and TRX Sculpt. Light equipment such as resistance bands, hand weights, and mobility tools may be incorporated to enhance your experience.
This class is ideal for those new to TRX, returning after a break, or anyone wanting to refine their form and build a solid fitness foundation. Functional training with the TRX outdoors offers a fun, energizing way to improve strength, balance, and overall well-being.
Ending class with gentle stretching, mobility work, and recovery time to help your body reset and recharge.
What to wear/bring: Please wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive shoes suitable for outdoor training. Bring a workout mat, water, towel, and any mobility props you prefer (available @TW). Stay Hydrated!
