Corey Martin, Kansas City Cannabis Company
As the Chief of Staff for Kansas City Cannabis Company, Corey manages the human resources of the company and is involved in various outreach opportunities in the community. Corey has been with KCC since 221 fulfilling multiple roles as the company has grown to over 80 employees. Prior to KCC, SFC (RET) Martin served 20 years of active duty in the United States Army, retiring from a career with a wide expanse of experiences and knowledge.
Bobby Hines, Sandy's Restaurant and You Matter Movement
I have been the General Manager of Sandy's Restaurant in Blue Springs for more than a decade and The Founder of the You Matter Movement, providing a wide range of resources for those struggling with mental health, addiction, and homelessness. I believe in people and 2nd chances and do my best to empower people to believe in themselves.
Karvel Kofoed, Assisting Hands Home Care
As Owner and Director of Development of Assisting Hands Home Care, Karvel brings over 30 years of professional business experience. He has owned and worked for many small businesses over the years with a broad range of management and financial oversight skills. He plays an integral role in the development and operations of Assisting Hands Lee’s Summit. His wife, Sonja, helps with client assessments, caregiver training, and everything in between.
