Dion graduated from UMKC with a degree in Communications with an emphasis in Video Production. Rachel holds an undergraduate from UMKC within Communications, Master's in Business Administration from Avila as well as a Project Management certification from Avila University. Together, Dion and Rachel created Focus Plus Films which serves small business videography needs, as well as wedding film production.

Tarynlee Palaamo, Aleuro Bakery
Taryn owns Aleuro Bakery with her husband. They started Aleuro as a hobby, and have looked into being a conduit for families and communities to build meaningful relationships.

Ashish Patel, Hampton Inn Kansas City/Blue Springs
Ashish has been an entrepreneur for more than 25 years. His business endeavors include hospitality, food service, and business consulting. He is an active member of the Blue Springs community serving as a Chamber Member, a Fellow Member of the Hindu Temple and Cultural Center, and Board Chair of the Missouri Kansas Hotel Owners Association. He earned bachelor’s degrees in applied mathematics and physics and a minor in Business Management/Finance from Western Michigan University.
