Barre + Breathe - Candlelight Experience (75min) - A monthly experience to help you move, breathe & reconnect. Step away from the usual routine and join us for a special offering designed to nourish both body and mind.

This class blends the strength and precision of barre with Pilates-inspired core work, balance, mobility, stretching, and light strength training—all in a beautiful candlelit setting with uplifting, relaxing music. You’ll still get the movement, muscle engagement, and feel-good burn you love about barre, but with a softer, more intentional atmosphere that invites you to slow down, breathe, and be present. 

Each month, we’ll introduce a new Word of the Month to inspire our practice and carry with us beyond the studio. Words might include: Breathe • Balance • Believe • Brave • Be Present • Joy • Strength • Confidence

Your monthly experience may include a short intention-setting moment, themed movement, mindful breathwork or stretching, and a simple take-home gift or mantra connected to the month’s theme. A Little Something to Take With You At the end of class, enjoy a small reminder of your intention for the month—perhaps a candle, mantra card, affirmation, or another thoughtful surprise.

Then linger a little longer with our Bubbly Water Bar, featuring sparkling water and fresh, fun additions such as berries, lemon, lime, mint, and seasonal flavors. As we head into the cooler months, enjoy an Herbal Tea Infusion Bar featuring local brew, ciders and seasonal spices. Because this is more than a workout. It’s an opportunity to move your body, connect with yourself and others, celebrate your strength, and leave with something positive to carry into the month ahead.

What to Wear/Bring: Comfortable, stretchy clothing, yoga mat, water, and towel. Barefoot. Props provided by Trinity Wellness or bring your preferred barre/Pilates props.
