Join us for a 90 min Autumn Sound Journey and welcome the change of seasons by immersing yourself in the combined power of sound and Reiki to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Glenda Masters is a yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner and musician who creates an infused sound bath that offers a unique journey of sonic vibrations designed to harmonize mind, body, and spirit. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.    

Each session begins with setting your intention, followed by gentle breathing exercises and autumn-themed guided meditation to prepare your mind and body for the tranquil changing of the seasons. As you lie comfortably, surrender to the waves of sound that wash over you as Glenda intuitively weaves a harmonious tapestry using tuned crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, her violin, and other sound healing instruments.

Vibrations resonate with different energy centers and meridians of the body, promoting balance and healing. These vibrations penetrate deeply, releasing energetic and emotional blockages, calming the parasympathetic nervous system and inviting the body to “rest and digest”. Participants emerge from deep relaxation feeling rejuvenated and a renewed sense of profound peace. No experience necessary and sessions are open to all who seek relaxation, rejuvenation, and inner harmony.
