Pairing with longer held yin yoga postures to allow deep stretching and closing class with supported restorative yoga postures. This class can help reset the nervous system\, encourage calmness\, reduce stress\, and bring your body and mind into balance as you enter a state of deep restful peace. \n\n\n\nRestorative Yoga practice involves holding yoga postures for longer periods of time while being completely supported by props so you can release all muscular effort and relax. This is the ultimate stress relief experience. While in poses you remain awake and aware of your breath and sensation within the body. Through the experience of stillness within the pose\, you experience shifts in your emotional and mental well being.
